PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide instruction check processing which can check validity of access to a hardware resource, in simulation of an I/O area. SOLUTION: If simulation of a microcomputer 111 is performed by an I/O simulator 110, an instruction check program 121 stored in an instruction check apparatus 120 is simultaneously activated. The instruction check program 121 is a program having a function to check the execution state of an instruction being executed by the I/O simulator 110. Particularly, the instruction check program 121 can check a reference instruction executed by the microcomputer 111 to verify whether an unauthorized processing is performed.
