PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate operation performance by selecting rapidly and precisely a target speed change position by outputting a plurality of stored speed change positions in series using an operation of a memory selection switch. SOLUTION: A plurality of the memorized speed change positions set in a speed change memory are provided in such a manner as to enable selective assignment with the stored speed change positions output in series by the operation of the memory selection switch 2. The plurality of the speed change positions are stored in the speed change memory. Then, each time the memory selection switch 2 is operated in changing a speed, the target speed change position is selected to be assigned with the plurality of the stored speed change positions output in series.
