BRAKING FORCE CONTROL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braking force control device capable of properly informing a driver of an inoperative system when a plurality of systems operating under different operating conditions use the same brake control mechanism. SOLUTION: This braking force control device comprises: a VSC control part 21 for controlling the behavior of a vehicle by using a brake actuator 5 for controlling the braking force of each wheel of the vehicle; a VSC operability determination part 22 for determining the operability of the VSC control part 21; a small turn control part 23 for controlling the other behavior of the vehicle than the behavior of the vehicle which is controlled by the VSC control part 21 by using the brake actuator 5; a small turn controllability determination part 24 for determining the controllability of the small turn control part 23 without relying on an operating input; a VSC warning lamp 4 for alarming that the VSC control 21 cannot be operated; and a small turn control indicator 10 for alarming that the small turn control part 23 cannot be operated in such a manner that is different from in the case of the VSC warning lamp 4.
