PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a visible image of a subject successfully at a high degree of accuracy, and to give a permission to move a cart. SOLUTION: A travelling control device 28 includes a travelling control part 90 where a directive for travelling is input from a travelling switch 86, a speed input part 92 for operating a travelling speed of the cart 12 in accordance with signals from an encoder 82 through the number of rotations of rear wheels 78, a motor control part 94 for controlling the drive of a motor 80, and a speed control command part 96 for transmitting a signal to keep the travelling speed of the cart 12 at an equal speed to the travelling control part 90 when read-out processing by a read-out device 26 is in progress.
