The invention relates to a recombinant baculovirus and a vaccine composition containing the recombinant baculovirus. The recombinant baculovirus comprises: (a) a nucleotide sequence coding extrinsic envelope proteins of virus; (b) the first promoter operatively connected to the envelope coding sequence; (c) a nucleotide sequence coding an antigenic protein; and (d) the second promoter operatively connected to the antigenic protein. The recombinant baculovirus of the invention realizes improved vaccine efficacy due to excellent induction capacities of cell-mediated immunity as well as humoral immunity response to a specific antigen (for example, L1 of HPV). |
