[PROBLEMS] To provide: an adhesive composition for use in bonding a polyolefin material suitable for forming a fusion-bondable member for forming, e.g., a sealable container including a resinous film, etc.; and a fusion-bondable member obtained with this adhesive composition. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The adhesive composition comprises an organic solvent (e.g., toluene), a carboxylated polyolefin resin (e.g., an acid-modified polyolefin resin) dissolved and dispersed in the organic solvent, and a polyfunctional isocyanate compound (e.g., toluene diisocyanate) contained in the organic solvent. The fusion-bondable member comprises an adhesive layer (12) obtained by curing the adhesive composition, a metal foil (13), and a fusion-bondable resinous film layer (11).
