<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring instrument having a function as a guide means in emergency. <P>SOLUTION: The wiring instrument is for example, a switch, which comprises feed terminals 13 and 13 to which a DC feed line Wdc from a DC breaker 114 is connected; a service interruption detecting circuit 6 which detects interruption of DC power source DC supplied through the feed terminals 13 and 13; a lighting circuit 9 which causes a light emitting diode LD to emit light; a secondary battery 7 which supplies the DC power source DC in the event of service interruption; and a charge and discharge circuit 8 which charges the secondary battery 7 with the DC power source DC supplied from the DC breaker 114 in non-service interruption, and discharges the secondary battery 7 in the event of service interruption to supply the DC power source DC to the lighting circuit 9. When the service interruption is detected by the detecting circuit 9, the DC power source DC is supplied from the secondary battery 7 to the lighting circuit 9 through the charge and discharge circuit 8 to cause the light emitting diode LD to emit light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
