摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-dimensional filter optimization method for quickly generating the optimal two-dimensional filter corresponding to an object to be recognized. SOLUTION: The two-dimensional filter optimization method for optimizing the two-dimensional filter of an image recognition device includes: a first step (1) for multiplying each pixel value of line-input two-dimensional image data by different prescribed coefficients; a second step (2) for adding each pixel value included in each input line multiplied by the prescribed coefficients in the first step to generate one-dimensional image data; and a third step (3) for multiplying each pixel value of the generated one-dimensional image data by different prescribed coefficients to calculate a scalar value, and is characterized in that the above steps ranging from the first step to the third step are repeatedly executed while changing the prescribed coefficients so that the scalar value approach a target value.
