SOLUTION: An forgery-proof medium includes a display section 11a composed of color parts 12a and 13a, and a display section 11b composed of color parts 12b and 13b. The display section 11a has: embossed parts 14a-1 in which the color parts 12a are disposed at the feet of them or between them and the color parts 13a are disposed in areas including their tops; and embossed parts 14a-2 in which the color parts 13a are disposed between them and the color parts 12a are disposed on all of them. The display section 11b has: embossed parts 14b-1 in which the color parts 12b are disposed between them and the color parts 13b are disposed on all of them; and embossed parts 14b-2 in which the color parts 13b are disposed at the feet of them or between them and the color parts 12b are disposed in areas including their tops.
