PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building with noncontact power feed function which can prevent deterioration in the designability of the building and in a space performance caused in a power distribution system, can easily supply power to electrical apparatuses and has high safety, and to provide a noncontact power feed outlet. SOLUTION: Noncontact power feed portions 10 for generating a high-frequency magnetic field are disposed inside each of a wall panel P1, a ceiling panel P2 and a floor panel P3 or rear surfaces P1b, P2b, P3b of the panels of a building H, and noncontact power receiving portions 20 for feeding power to a DC apparatus U by receiving the power from the power feeed portions 10 in a noncontact manner, by utilizing electromagnetic induction, based on the high-frequency magnetic field generated by the noncontact power feed portions 10 are provided on positions opposing to the noncontact power feed portions 10 in the surfaces P1a, P2a, P3a of the panels, instead of outlets provided on the surfaces P1a, P2a, P3a of the panels P1, P2, P3 of the building H and feed power to a load by allowing a conductor electrically connected to the load to contact the load.
