PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor-equipped ball bearing device with a structure of fixing a sensor to the bearing device to detect its rotation and using a seal lip for suppressing foreign substances and the like mixed in from the outside of the bearing device, wherein the number of its parts is reduced. SOLUTION: A non-rotation ring side annular member 10 which is pressed and fit in a non-rotation ring 4, is extended inward in the radial direction, thereby forming a pressing part 10a, and the sensor 7 is positioned by pressing a recess 7b which is formed on the sensor 7, inward in the axial direction. Furthermore, the non-rotation ring side annular member 10 is extended inward in the radial direction from an end part of the inside of a cylindrical face 10c in the axial direction, and the seal lip 9 is fixed to the end part. The seal lip 9 is slid along a rotation ring side annular member 11 which is pressed in a rotation ring 3, and seals the bearing, thereby preventing the foreign substance from mixing in from the outside.
