PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipater capable of attenuating an electromagnetic wave generated by a heat generating body of an integrated circuit etc., nearly completely. SOLUTION: The heat dissipater 1 includes a heat receiving plate portion 2 and pluralities of fins 3 and metal portions 4 formed on the heat receiving plate portion 2. The fins 3 and heat receiving plate portion 2 are formed of ferrite in one body, and the respective metal portions 4 are disposed between the adjacent fins 3. Specifically, the respective metal portions 4 are provided at boundary portions which are in the heat receiving plate portion 2 and correspond to valleys of the fins 3, and arrayed in the front-rear direction of the heat receiving plate portion 2 as well as the plurality of fins 3. Consequently, a magnetic field traveling to a side face of the heat receiving plate portion 2 strikes on the metal portions 3 almost at right angles to be electromagnetically blocked by the metal portions 4.
