PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time for raising the temperature of a liquid used for washing an endoscope and to suppress the power consumption. SOLUTION: Water and a detergent are fed into a storage tub 9 from a water supply path 65 and a detergent supply path 72, and the temperature of a washing solution composed of blended water and the detergent is raised by a rubber heater 54 to wash the endoscope. When the washing solution is discharged from the storage tub 9 after washing the endoscope, the washing solution is made to flow inside a heat exchanger 69. The heat exchanger 69 deprives the solution of waste heat, and heats water and an antiseptic solution flowing through the water supply path 65 and an antiseptic solution supply path 77 by transmitting the waste heat to the water and the antiseptic solution.
