<p>A synchronization method of terminal in large bandwidth wireless communication system is provided. The method includes the following steps. The system bandwidth is divided into multiple working frequency bands. Each frequency band has a synchronization channel respectively. And at least one group of synchronization channel, broadcast channel and random access channel exists in the range having unit bandwidth and having the system center frequency point as its center. The terminal searches network and continues to perform cell search and registration at the network side after completing initial synchronization through said synchronization channel. The network side allocates a working frequency band to the terminal. After the terminal receives the working frequency band information allocated by the network side, if there is need to adjust the working frequency band, it performs synchronization again through the synchronization channel of the working frequency band. The adopted frame structure is the one in which the system bandwidth is divided into multiple frequency bands equally. Each frequency band has a synchronization channel respectively. And at least one matching group of synchronization channel, broadcast channel and random access channel exists in the range having unit bandwidth and having the system center frequency point as its center. The unit bandwidth is the bandwidth of the minimum bandwidth terminal supported by the system.</p> |
