<p>A method for updating WiMAX system network card includes the following steps: step S302, the correlative information with new version is packed into an installation package (MSI format), and the installation package is stored in DM Server (namely said OMA DM Server); Step S304, the DM client of host makes a DM session with the DM Server; Step S306, after confirming the need to download new version through the DM session, the DM client requests the address of the installation package and downloads the installation package to the host according to the address. The method omits complex algorithm processing, and it has good generality and can realize remote management, maintenance and upgrading of WiMAX wireless network card effectively.</p> |
