<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that is easily detached and a highly reliable light receiving/emitting device. <P>SOLUTION: A surface-mount type semiconductor light-emitting device 10 includes a semiconductor light emitting element 4 mounted on a conductor portion 2, an insulating part 1 for supporting the conductor portion 2 and a heat discharge part 3 formed under a mounting area of the semiconductor light-emitting element 4 in the conductor portion 2. The heat discharge part 3 of which backside is exposed is protruded from the side faces of the insulating part 1 in an upper view. The semiconductor light-emitting device 10 can be easily detached by bringing a soldering iron into contact with a junction part between the heat discharge part and a mounting substrate and/or an extruded portion of the heat discharge part while the device is attached to the mounting board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
