<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately judge a multipath signal without increase in processes of arithmetic operations and enlargement in physical structure of a circuit. <P>SOLUTION: On the basis of correlated arithmetic operation result for a receiving signal, a "PE value" as a ratio of the correlated value of Punctual phase and the correlated value thereof in the phase having progressed as much as N(0<N<1) chips from the Punctual phase and "vector angles" which are formed by the positional vectors toward respective positions of the Early correlated value and Late correlated value from the origin O in the case where the Early correlated value and Late correlated value are plotted on the IQ coordinates plane are calculated.
