<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly distribute advertisement information or the like according to positional information. <P>SOLUTION: When a portable terminal 12 is held up to a R/W (Reader/Writer) 11 (S1), a message including the URL of an FN server 13 and a R/WID is transmitted (S2), and a browser is started (S3). The portable terminal is connected to the site of the FN server 13 by an operation utilizing the browser, the positional information about the R/W 11 is interpreted on the basis of the R/WID, surrounding store information (advertisement information) selected by an advertisement information provision server 14 is distributed to the portable terminal 12 on the basis of the positional information, and displayed on a screen 21 as an image 21C (S4-S9).
