<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability and working efficiency while using a film-like valve element. <P>SOLUTION: The film-like valve element 82 is stretched along a single surface of an annular frame body 81, and a valve unit 80 is formed. The valve unit 80 is arranged on a bottom surface 62a of the downstream side of an upstream side valve plate 60 having an inflow passage 63 in a state of closing the inflow-passage 63 by the valve element 82, and the valve unit 80 is sandwiched and supported by the upstream side valve plate 60 and a downstream side valve plate 70. The vicinity of the inflow passage 63 on the bottom surface 62a of the upstream side valve plate 60 is a valve seat surface 62b to which the valve element 82 is adhered, and a communication groove 64 communicating with the outside of the frame body 81 through the frame body 81 is formed in the vicinity of the valve seat surface 62b. When air flows from the inflow passage 63, the valve element 82 is bent in such a manner of being expanded toward the downstream side valve plate 70, and is opened.
