PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polytetrafluoroethylene resin molding on which particles etc., in a fluid body hardly stick and stay, which can be easily cleaned, free from the generation of pinholes and cracks, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: Regarding the polytetrafluoroethylene resin molding, the molding includes a heat fluid layer disposed on a part of or all of the surface thereof.
