PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact multi-clutch transmission by which a degree of freedom in setting a transmission gear ratio can be increased. SOLUTION: The multi-clutch transmission includes input shafts 3, 4 which are coupled to outputs of clutches C1, C2 to receive output torque from a power source 1, output shafts 5, 6 for outputting the output torque to an output member 12, and transmission shift devices S1-S4 which selectively set transmission devices placed between the input shafts 3, 4 and the output shafts 5, 6 in a state of power transmission. The multi-clutch transmission controls the clutches C1, C2 and the state of the engagement/disengagement of the transmission shift devices S1-S4 to set a plurality of shift stages. The multi-clutch transmission includes the output shaft 6 which also serves as a sub-shaft, and can set the state of the output shaft directly outputting an output to an output member 12 and the state of the sub-shaft for transmitting output torque transmitted via the input shaft 3 through the other input shaft 4 to the other output shaft 5, and also a shaft-state switching mechanism 4 for selectively switching the state of the output shaft 6 which also serves as the sub-shaft to the state of the output shaft and the state of the sub-shaft.
