PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein, in a conventional electric blower, an elastic body needs to be accurately provided for each of blades at the upper face of a diffuser comprising over ten blades so that assemblability and working efficiency need to be improved. SOLUTION: A circular part is configured between a fan casing and the upper face of the diffuser.
