PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag for an object to be packaged which has a sheet material having a type used as a component material of the packaging bag and scarcely restricted by a medical component, even if the object to be packaged contains the medical component. SOLUTION: This packaging bag includes separable laminated sheets A, B obtained by laminating an inside sheet 1 placed on the inner face side of the bag and an outside sheet 2 placed on the outer face side of the bag at least partially separable. The sheets A, B have annular opening forming half cuts 10 penetrating the inside sheet 1. The sheet 1 and the sheet 2 are laminated separably at least in the outside area of the half cut 10.
