PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reduction device composed by a simple mechanism capable of appropriately reducing a noise generated between a steering wing and a body wing without deteriorating an aerodynamic performance of an aircraft in taking off and cruising. SOLUTION: The device has a pentagonal planar shape of which the cross section is a polygonal or wing type, and has a sweptback angle. When the device is jointed to the end surface of the steering wing, one side is made to be equal to the length of the chord length of a trailing edge flap, and the device is mounted to the trailing edge flap end surface along the wing width direction. When the device is jointed to a fitting recessed part end surface of the body wing, the same side is made to be equal to the end surface length of the wing chord direction and mounted to the fitting recessed part end surface in the fitting recessed part end surface of the main wing.
