PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit the best possible NVH reduction effect of a mount by enabling accurately ensuring a neutral position of the mount in an assembling state. SOLUTION: With an engine and a differential gear unit actually installed on a vehicle body through the mount 16, loads in three axial directions applied to the mount 16 are separated for measurement. By adjusting a tightening state of the vehicle body and the mount 16 or the mount 16 and the engine, the loads in the three axial directions of the mount 16 in the assembling state are made to match a load reference value. Therefore, a neutral position in designing the mount 16 is ensured, thus exhibiting the best possible NVH reduction effect of the mount. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
