PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle interior illuminating device in which a terminal holds a light source with a stable attaching force. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle interior illuminating device 1 comprises an electric wire connection part 5 for connecting an electric wire w, a functional part body 3 having a light source attaching part 7 to which a bulb 6 is attached, and an electric wire protective cover 4 attached to the electric wire connection part 5 and covering the electric wire w connected to the electric wire connection part 5. The light source attaching part 7 comprises the bulb terminal 31 secured to the functional part body 3 at one end and freed at the other end. The bulb terminal 31 is deformed during the installation of the bulb 6, and the bulb 6 is installed by the deformation returning force of the bulb terminal 31. A terminal excessive deformation restraining part 50 for restraining the excessive deformation of the bulb terminal 31 at the free end is formed on the electric wire protective cover 4.
