PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird repelling device for inhibiting the bird injury comprising the feces dropped by the bird and the birdcalls by taking advantage of the habit and body structure of birds and installing at a part where the perch of birds is undesirable. SOLUTION: The bird repelling device is composed of a rotor 4 constituted of a rod member and a protrusion 5 attached to the rotor 4. The rotor 4 is rotatably supported by attaching members 2,3 placed at both longitudinal ends of the rotor, a plurality of the protrusions 5 are formed over the whole length of the rotor 4, a surface to allow the perch of a bird is present in some spaces between adjacent protrusions among the multiple protrusions and is absent in some spaces between adjacent protrusions, and when a surface to allow the perch of a bird is present between the adjacent protrusions, the width of the surface is narrower than the width of the opened toes of the bird.
