PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat which includes a lifter mechanism for lifting, relative to a floor, a pair of lower arms installed on both sides of a seat cushion using a first link mechanism and a tilt mechanism for lifting, relative to the pair of floor arms, a pan between the pair of lower arms using a second link mechanism and which is reduced in the number of parts and weight. SOLUTION: The rotating shaft of a front lift link rotatably installed in the lower arm 23 of the lifter mechanism is coaxial with the rotating shaft of a tilt link 51 rotatably installed in the lower arm 23 of the tilt mechanism.
