PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit with an adjustment function into which adjustment data can be written without using a dedicate terminal, and which can avoid incorrect writing thereinto. SOLUTION: The integrated circuit with an adjustment function has an output control unit 2 for controlling sending or stopping of an output signal from a main circuit 1 according to a status of an output control terminal OE, and a data register unit 3 with a built-in EEPROM storing adjustment data, and puts an output terminal OUT into a disabled state by the output control terminal OE, thus starting an adjustment function setting mode when a predetermined state change is given to power source voltage VDD. In the adjustment function setting mode, by using the output control terminal OE and the output terminal OUT as terminals for adjustment data setting, the adjustment data can be written into an EEPROM in the data register unit 3.
