<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily inexpensively manufacture an all-solid lithium secondary battery having high charge discharge output current density. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the all-solid lithium secondary battery is that a mixed electrolyte formed by mixing various sulfide-based lithium ion conductive solid electrolytes with α-alumina is vitrified to form a new lithium ion conductor having improved conductivity. An electrolyte layer 8 using the lithium ion conductor, a positive electrode (I) comprising a positive mix material 3, and a negative electrode (II) comprising negative mix material 7 are composed.
