<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup container having a lid which is capable of preventing the fingers or the like from being stained with contained liquid when a seal member is broken and the contained liquid is scattered. <P>SOLUTION: The cup container 1 having the lid includes a cup body 2 which stores the content liquid in it with an opening 22 opened upward and sealed with the seal member 24, and a lid body 3 attached to an upper end of the cup body 2. The lid body 3 includes an inverting part 35 which has a depression part 36 spaced apart from the seal member 24 and is deformable from a configuration bulging upward into a configuration bulging downward, and a cutting blade 50 which is arranged above the seal member 24 and connected with the inverting part 35 for breaking the seal member 24 so as to open the cup body 2. The cutting blade 50 is arranged above the seal member 24 and at a position shifted from the depression part 36 from a plain view perpendicular to an axis L of the cup body 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
