<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant posture control device capable of controlling the posture of an occupant in a posture corresponding to a collision form. <P>SOLUTION: This occupant posture control device 10 has a front side airbag 26 arranged in a front part in the vehicle longitudinal direction in a seat cushion 12 and inflating by receiving gas supply, a rear side airbag 28 arranged on the rear side in the vehicle longitudinal direction to the front side airbag 26 in the seat cushion and inflating by receiving the gas supply, inflators 30 and 32 for supplying gas to the front side airbag 26 and the rear side airbag 28, and an ECU 35 controlling the inflators 30 and 32.
