<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display information a user wants to know at a convenient time in response to the user's request. <P>SOLUTION: An advertisement data transmitting part 10 of a server 3 transmits a web page containing advertisement information to user terminal devices 2. Each user terminal device 2 which is located in a position accessible to a display device 1 can take part in an auction. Each user determines posting information to be displayed, a time zone, and a purchase amount. Each user terminal device 2 presents the posting information and purchase conditions to the server 3. A data collection part 12 of the server 3 collects time zones and purchase conditions transmitted from a plurality of user terminal devices 2. An amount determination part 13 selects the highest amount for each time zone. A posting information selection part 14 determines posting information of a user who presents the highest amount as posting information to be displayed. A display data transmitting part 15 transmits the posting information of each time zone to the display device 1.
