<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power drive unit arranged such that a power module is fixed surely on a heat sink without causing restriction of layout or reduction of heat dissipation while equalizing a loading acting on a plurality of power modules. <P>SOLUTION: In the power drive unit 22 at least including the heat sink 40 and a plurality of power modules 26 which are fixed on the heat sink 40 while being pressed by respective press members 56, spring members 60 are arranged, respectively, between the plurality of power modules 26 and the press members 56. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
