PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for detecting computer virus, and for properly filtering it. SOLUTION: A communication control device 10 includes: a first database 50 installed for each user; a user database 57 in which user ID and an IP address allocated to the terminal of the user are stored so as to be associated with each other; a user database updating part 460 for acquiring the user ID of the terminal and the IP address applied to the terminal from a connection management server 120, and for registering them in the user database 57; a user identification part for retrieving the IP address of the transmission origin of the communication data including a data file from the user database 57, and for acquiring the user ID; a retrieval circuit 30 for performing retrieval by referring to records falling under the obtained user ID of the first database 50; and a processing performance circuit 40 for filtering the data file contaminated by the computer virus based on the retrieval result.
