PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device capable of instantaneously recognizing a notification of emergency earthquake announcement and a notification of normal call receiving, respectively. SOLUTION: In step S210, when it is determined that an operation for starting setting a light emission color of incoming call lamps 111-114 is performed from an input unit 14, a control unit 11 goes on with processing to step S220. In the step S220, the control unit 11 displays on a display unit 13 a list of colors excluding a color to be light-emitted in receiving emergency earthquake announcement. In following step S230, on the basis of an operation from the input unit 14, the control unit 11 correspondingly stores in a flash memory 20 light emission colors and telephone numbers. When the emergency earthquake announcement is received after such operation, the incoming call lamps 111-114 emit light in red and in a case of normal call receiving (e.g., speech receiving), the incoming call lamps 111-114 emit light in any color other than red.
