PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology actually displaying a range difficult for a driver to respond in real time by actually drawing the range on a road surface. SOLUTION: A range of a dead angle of the driver, a range unavoidable by the driver, a range outside visual field of the driver or the like is the range of difficult responding for the driver. Therefore, a specifying means for specifying a range on the road surface of difficult responding for the driver and an on-vehicle type drawing means for actually drawing the range by irradiating the road surface of the range specified by the specifying means from the vehicle are mounted on the vehicle. Thereby, the range of difficult responding for the driver of the vehicle can be actually drawn/displayed on the road surface, and relative to the object to be attention-awakened such as a pedestrian present at a periphery, it can be directly informed that he is present in the range of difficult responding.
