PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input terminal equipment which is superior in energy efficiency when controlling a plurality of illumination devices according to brightness of surrounding environment, and which improves user's feeling of use. SOLUTION: A set time which is a parameter adjustable by an administrator is set by a time setting part. An address setting part sets a first address information showing address information of the illumination device which controls a state in the timing of brightness changes and a second address information showing address information related to the illumination device which controls a state in the timing off-set by a set time with the timing of brightness changes as a reference. A control part outputs a control command which controls a state of the illumination device to a transmission unit based on the address information set by the address setting part, in the timing of brightness changes and in the timing off-set by a set time with the timing of brightness changes as a reference.
