PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fine sight by improving translucency between a plurality of display LEDs in an LED display apparatus in which the display LEDs are disposed on a flat substrate. SOLUTION: The LED display device 1 in which the display LEDs are disposed on the flat substrate 2 includes: the translucent and insulative substrate 2; the display LEDs disposed on predetermined parts of the substrate 2; a transparent conductive film 4, 5 formed on the substrate 2 and used as wiring for the display LEDs.
