<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonvolatile storage device which is stably operated at high speed by improving driving performance of a driver circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The number of source lines SL disposed for each of a block BU0 and a block BU1 is changed.
