PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling apparatus avoiding such a situation that a peeling object is stained or scratched.

SOLUTION: The peeling apparatus includes: an intermediate body holding part 54 (a first holding part) for holding a plate-like intermediate body 10x (a first object); and a stamper holding part 52 (a second holding part) for holding a plate-like stamper 30A (a second object) stuck to the intermediate body 10x and integrated with the intermediate body 10x. The peeling apparatus is configured to peel one of the intermediate body 10X and stamper 30A in a state of holding the intermediate body 10x by the intermediate body holding part 54 and holding the stamper 30A by the stamper holding part 52, and the intermediate body holding part 54 holds the intermediate body 10x by contacting a surface along a thickness direction (an outer peripheral surface) of the intermediate body 10x at two points at least.
