PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable tilling operation at different running speed corresponding to farms of different soil. SOLUTION: Tilling on-off guide grooves 70b and 70c each independent from a low speed position F1 and a middle speed position F2 of a run shift guide groove 70a for guiding a shifter operation lever Y in shifting the running speed, are provided to independently perform operation of switching from the low speed position to tilling operation and from the middle speed position to tilling operation, thereby, the different speed tilling operations with a shifter operation lever are made possible, and safe tilling operation causing no shifting to the middle speed tilling operation in the low speed tilling operation, which sifting is caused by misoperation, is made performable.
