PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clothing liquid breach composition, which can develop high bleaching property and cleaning property while showing high stability in a system containing a nonionic surfactant. SOLUTION: The clothing liquid bleach composition contains (a) hydrogen peroxide; (b) a specific sulfate represented by the general formula (1); (c) a specific nonionic surfactant represented by the general formula (2); and (d) a sequestering agent respectively in amounts of mass% of specified ranges.
