#CMT# #/CMT# The motor vehicle (1) has a body (3) with a cover part (4) i.e. boot lid, and supported over a laterally lying and arc-shaped arms (6). The arms are movable held at the body, and are shifted to the body for opening or closing the cover part along a trajectory (K) whose path is beside and parallel to restricted guidance devices (8) along which the arms are displaced. The restricted guidance devices are formed by connecting members to which a holding unit is contacted.
