A foil material layer e.g. self-linking, self-adhesive and chemically linking plastic foil, is applied on the panel. Solar modules (2) are sealingly arranged on the structure, and channels and the profiles extend into an air outlet/inlet duct (4). A ventilator is arranged at the duct, and is designed for sucking or supplying air to the channels.
