<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminator which is used to cause reaction and hardening of a photoreactive substance like a photoresist or a UV resin and which can control emission of light having a predetermined wavelength such as the g-ray (having a wavelength of 436 nm) or the I-ray (having a wavelength of 365 nm) and also can have a small difference in brightness between colors in a wavelength range from red to green and can improve a color discrimination ability of a person with defect in color perception in the wavelength range. <P>SOLUTION: The illuminator has: a plurality of LEDs including an LED of an intermediate band between green and red which emits light of wavelengths from 570 to 610 nm; and a controller for controlling the plurality of LEDs so as to suppress emission of light having predetermined wavelengths. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
