<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing for a wind power generator, operating with less friction, hardly seized, small in degradation of lubricant attributable to wear powder generated from a holder or a bearing ring, and less troubled even under an operational condition in an extensive range from the low speed to the high speed of the wind power generator. <P>SOLUTION: A rolling bearing 5 for supporting a spindle comprises an inner ring 11 and an outer ring 12 as race rings, a rolling element 13 interposed between the inner ring 11 and the outer ring 12, and a holder 14 for rotatably holding the rolling element 13, and supports a spindle 3 with blades being fitted in a wind power generator. The rolling bearing has a plurality of coating films consisting of a first layer for directly covering a surface of the holder 14, and an n-th layer for covering an (n-1)-th layer (where, n denotes an integer equal to or more than 2). The first layer is constituted of a synthetic resin with a filling material being blended therein, and the second and subsequent layers are constituted of a synthetic resin without any filling material or a synthetic resin with a solid lubricant being blended therein. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
