PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide production process and equipment of a battery pack, which allow producing a battery pack intermediate by fabricating a molded resin object for unifying a secondary battery and a circuit board while achieving high productivity and cost cutting. SOLUTION: A hardened resin 23 formed inside a sprue 3a is given a tensile stress, which is small enough to keep cracks from occurring in the hardened resin 23 by hardening of a molding material and large enough to allow the hardened resin exfoliating from inner periphery of the sprue 3a by cross-sectional area contraction. To this end, a runner stripper plate 7 holding the solidified resin 23 is separated from a nozzle 2 and a sprue bush 3. And the above state is maintained for a predetermined time to exfoliate the hardened resin 23 from the inner periphery of the sprue 3a. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
