PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit emergency call signals to a radio base station even from the outside of a service area without affecting each other between communications by other peripheral mobile communication terminals. SOLUTION: In the mobile communication terminal having at least two operation modes which are an emergency mode and a non-emergency mode, the emergency call signal including terminal identification information or the like is transmitted through the radio base station to the police or the like at prescribed timing during the emergency mode.
