PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic apparatus having a stand structure capable of preventing breakages, even if a load which is not foreseen is applied. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus 1 has a stand portion 4, when a load which is not presumable is placed on the electronic apparatus 1; a first stand portion 7 moves in a direction of a third slit 84 of an insertion recessed portion 81 at the coupling portion of the first and second stand portions 7 and 8 and further moves while its tip portion 72 comes into contact with tapered shape portions of first and second projection portions 83a and 83b; and then the tip portion 72 pushes and spreads the first and second projection portions 83a and 83b, so that the width W1 of the third slit 84 increases. Then the width W1 of the third slit 84 becomes wider than the width W2 of the tip portion 72 of the first stand portion 7, and the second stand portion 8 comes out of the first stand portion 7 and is separated.
